I had the most enjoyable experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest. The room was cozy and clean, with a nice terrace to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel's location near the largest lake in the Black Forest was fantastic, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. The free card provided by the hotel for access to nearby attractions was a great perk and made my trip even more affordable. Additionally, the breakfast served in the typical Black Forest style was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
Couldn't stay longer.

This guesthouse is conveniently located near the largest lake in the Black Forest, allowing easy access to the town center and hiking trails. the staff is kind and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent with heated rolls. the rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is parking on site. the warm welcome and cozy atmosphere make you feel like a guest in a private property.
One downside is that there is a houserule that prohibits using the shower after 22:00.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, Veronika greeted me with such warmth and kindness. Even when I arrived a night early, she accommodated me without any extra charge. The room and bathroom were cozy and warm, perfect for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the interior design really added to the charming atmosphere of the Black Forest. And the breakfast! It was served in the traditional Black Forest style, with delicious homemade jam and all the essentials for a great start to the day. The location of this hotel is ideal, just a short walk from the largest lake in the Black Forest and the town center. It's a peaceful and beautiful area.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

Lovely place, perfect location, and brilliant breakfast. the accommodation was very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, and relatively modern. It was well positioned, just a short walk from the town centre and lake. the breakfast was amazing, with an excellent selection of food and drinks to choose from.
The beds were too small for larger individuals and the soundproofing was not great. Noise from other rooms and reception area was audible, which could be a problem for light sleepers.

The attention to detail in the rooms was truly impressive, with the interior perfectly capturing the essence of the Black Forest. The comfortable bed on the ground floor made for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread, featuring fresh rolls, cheese, and tasty homemade jam, had all the elements needed to kickstart the day.

Located in a serene area, the rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in the local style. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, consisting mostly of homemade bread rolls, exquisite jam, and fresh eggs. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the car park on-site is an added convenience. The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance of both the town center and the lake.
The rooms on the ground floor are somewhat noisy and the bathrooms need renovation. The views from the rooms leave something to be desired.
